I placed my order on Tires & Wheel package. Was torn between 32” or 33” XTR370 Tires. I ordered the 32” and paid for them. No issue. A few days went by and watched UTV videos and happen to see Adrenaline Cycles Video with 2021 XRC build with the 33” version. I liked it so much had wished I purchased the 33’s instead of the 32’s. Fortunately, before Planet sxs ships the order they called to verify my Lug Nut color. They said my order was all set ready to ship just wanted to make sure order was correct. It was BUT It’s at this time I asked if I could change my tire size to the 33” after they had mounted and set to send. Kody said NO problem!! I paid the difference in Tire size cost and they unboxed, Broke down wheels and swapped out the 32’s for the 33’s AT NO EXTRA COST!! Even though they could have. They could have said, “Sorry Sir, your order was already processed” but No, they ( Kody) took care of me and made sure I was a satisfied customer! You bet I am. I highly recommend doing business with them. Customer service means everything when it comes to doing business.

This RMA number is usually written on the bill of lading (issued by the mail carrier's shipping department) or somewhere on the packaging.
