Made of Heavy-Duty Parts Our flip windshield for your Ranger 500 is built to deliver a quiet and comfortable ride. Thanks to the reliable bulb seal and foam gasket, you won't have to deal with air or moisture getting into your cab. We've added heavy-duty clamps and sturdy metal cross braces to minimize vibrations, while the powerful gas struts keep the windshield securely in place even on rough terrain. Plus, with partial preassembly right out of the box, installation is fast and hassle-free.
Scratch-Resistant Polycarbonate If you ride hard, you need a windshield that can keep up. That's why we use 1/4" polycarbonate. It's 250 times stronger than glass and 25 times stronger than acrylic. Paired with our scratch-resistant hard coating, it stands up to debris, branches, and rough conditions without showing wear and tear. Ride aggressively and come back without a scratch.
