Tempered Glass offers the best scratch resistance and clarity, allowing you to use standard windshield wipers without hazing the surface over time.
Standard polycarbonate can scratch, which is why we recommend Hard-Coated (XR Optic) polycarbonate. This dual-sided hard coating provides the impact strength of poly with a scratch-resistant finish that stands up to dust, sand, and cleaning
Full Windshields provide maximum protection from wind, rain, and cold. • Half Windshields divert air over the riders' heads while maintaining airflow to prevent the "dust vacuum" effect in the cab. • Flip/Folding Windshields offer the best of both worlds, allowing you to adjust for airflow or full protection on the fly.
Adding a front windshield often creates a low-pressure zone that pulls dust in from the back. We highly recommend pairing a front windshield with a Rear Dust Panel or using a Vented Windshield to equalize cab pressure and keep the air clear.
