To clarify, your order included both tires and valve stems. After you reached out, we processed a refund for the valve stems and also sent replacements at no cost, so you ultimately received two sets while also being refunded.
Regarding returns, our policy requires items to be in new, unused condition. Tires that have been mounted or used are not eligible for return.
As for ride quality, the tires purchased are a mud-terrain design, which are built for aggressive off-road traction and will naturally ride firmer than trail or all-terrain options.
