Dual-Bushings for Durability
Our X24 technology is built for the way you ride. The durable PTFE bushings on both ends reduce unnecessary movement from internal gears and springs. There's a built-in grease fitting too, so you can easily flush out the crud if you regularly bury your rig in the slop. Altogether, X24 tech reduces wear by over 50%. That means your rack and pinion will last longer no matter how you abuse your machine.

Solid Steel Bar Z-Bend Tie Rods
We didn't skip a single detail with RackBoss 2.0 that's why we include hardcore tie rods. Our Z-bend tie rods are a full 1" in diameter and made from solid steel. The tie rod ends are durable heim joints with 16 mm rack threads on one side and 3/4" rod threads on the other. The Z-bend is enforced with custom gussets for improved strength and performance. Put it all together and you've got a virtually indestructible tie rod.
