Innovative X24 Technology and Dual Bushings
Our dual PTFE bushing design eliminates the typical wear and tear on a rack and pinion. With our X24 Tech, you get bushings at both rack ends. This allows RackBoss 2.0 to handle big hits with larger tires without wearing out quickly. The built-in grease fittings let you kick out all the gunk that piles up when you go wild in the mud.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our steel swaged tube tie rods maximize strength without adding weight. The innovative swaged design enhances the longevity of the 7/8" diameter tubing. And the 15 mm inner ball and sockets and 15 mm outer tie rod ends improve and upgrade strength in the weakest spots. They're an absolute must-have.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
You'll need a tough tie rod that matches your riding style. Our solid steel bar tie rods are the top tier. They're crafted from 1" thick steel bars and come with robust 3/4" outer heim joint tie rod ends. But that's not the end of it they also feature adjustable inner tie rod ends with 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. What does this all mean It means they're built to endure rough rides and handle heavy blows.
