This RMA number is usually written on the bill of lading (issued by the mail carrier's shipping department) or somewhere on the packaging. You will be responsible for any shipping costs when returning an item.

PlanetSXS is not responsible for fitment issues of wheels and tires.  We do ask for vehicle data at the time of purchase to ensure you receive the correct bolt pattern but we have no way to know what kind of modifications have been done to your SXS.  Make sure to measure in advance as you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
