Regarding the shipping experience, that order was affected by unusually long KFI lead times at the time, which caused the components to ship in separate waves over several weeks. Tracking emails were sent as each item shipped (on 12/15, 01/12, and 01/13), but we understand it can still feel disjointed when items arrive on different days and the overall wait runs longer than expected.
