Klotz R-50 is a lubricant developed exclusively for high-RPM, two-stroke racing engines with power valves. It uses a formulation that has been continually refined throughout Klotz’s six decades of experience in motorsports. Its anti-wear chemistry prevents scuffing and protects bearings and piston rings. A blend of dispersants reduces smoke generation and mitigates high-temperature carbon and varnish deposits.

This formulation can be used with racing motorcycles, ATV/UTVs, snowmobiles, personal watercraft, karts, and micro sprints. Klotz R-50 is intended for pre-mix only and is not suitable for oil injection systems. It is designed specifically to mix with gasoline.

Directions for Use:

Motocross and Dirt Track – Mix at 32:1 for water-cooled engines between 60cc and 125cc. Mix between 40:1 and 50:1 for engines over 250cc.

ATV – Mix at 40:1 for water-cooled engines and 32:1 for air-cooled engines.
Kart – Mix between 20:1 and 25:1 for air-cooled engines, and 32:1 for water-cooled engines. Personal Watercraft – Mix between 40:1 and 50:1.
Snowmobile – Mix between 40:1 and 50:1.
Radio-Controlled Models – Mix between 20:1 and 32:1 for two-stroke engines.
