To make RackBoss 2.0 the best rack and pinion, we use durable PTFE bushings at both ends that eliminate play from the internal gears and tension spring. Altogether, X24 tech reduces wear by over 50%. Solid Steel Bar Z-Bend Tie Rods
Our heavy-duty tie rods are built to take a beating. They're made from a full 1" diameter solid steel bar. The heim joints are pretty hardcore too, with 16 mm rack threads and 3/4" rod threads. These tie rods are also built with a special Z-bend design that's stronger and more reliable. The bends are reinforced with custom gussets for superior durability and performance. With tie rods like these, you'll be able to take on the roughest trails without hesitation.
