We build ours with them same high-strength gear material used in NASCAR, 9310 alloy steel, to make sure it can withstand all the abuse and torque you throw at it. We test EVERY set of gears to make sure they are perfectly mated and running smooth.

Our snorkel and pinion gears are lapped before we send them to you. That means we run each pair of gears together in a special process until they are smooth and mate perfectly. Our gears are literally made for each other. You get better efficiency and smoother operation than stock from the very first revolution. That means longer and harder rides.
