SuperATV's GDP 8" Portal Gear Lift for the Polaris RZR RS1 is geared down so you can go big. It gives you a lift and a 45% gear reduction in one box. Get the clearance to run bigger tires and the torque you need to turn them. The lift and gear reduction are in the hub, so they maintain suspension geometry and reduce drivetrain stress. With huge clearance, huge torque, and optional billet aluminum housings, you can install monster tires to take your torqued-out single-seater anywhere.

Our gears are precision ground and made with 9310 billet steel alloy. They're designed to take all the torque and abuse you can give them without chipping teeth or blowing up. We make our housings stronger by design period. Nobody has more experience designing portals than we do. Whether you go with cast or billet aluminum, you're getting a kick-ass housing built for unmatched strength and reliability, and we've got riders on the trail who prove it every weekend. Pair that with our 5/16" backing plates made from an advanced steel alloy that's stronger than chromoly, and you've got the toughest, most unbreakable setup in the world.

Advanced Gaskets and Seals
Whether you go with cast or billet, both housings use:

• Advanced gaskets with excellent oil resistance and a lower deterioration rate than Kevlar gaskets
• Rubber O-rings that completely seal the housings

• 100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks

Bearings That Rock
Our gears are only as strong as the bearings that hold them, that's why we use a double-angular contact bearing. It's designed to take huge hits from every direction without wearing prematurely. It's the battle-tank of bearings. Built for battle components make GDP the best.

Universal Hubs and Slotted Rotors
Our precision-ground, stainless steel slotted rotors stay cool to give you the braking power you need when you need it. They come with 4/156, 4/137, 4/115, and 4/110 bolt patterns and lugs so you can use wheels from just about any side-by-side. We invented the tapered output shaft that our hubs attach to, which provides a more secure lock that won't wobble or wear over time.

You Need to Reinforce Your UTV with a Frame Stiffener
An 8" portal kit is a heavy-duty piece of hardware for heavy-duty machines, and as awesome as the Polaris RZR RS1 is, it's not quite up to snuff. That's why a frame stiffener is required. We know we've hit enough bumps to know that bending a stock frame can happen. Don't do it. Get a frame stiffener.

Max tire sizes are measured at full compression and full turn. The given tires sizes are the largest we fit without rubbing. With minor trimming or a small amount of rub, larger tire sizes can be used.
