Less Wear and Tear with Our Dual-Bushing Design
What makes RackBoss 2.0 so good at preventing slop It's engineered with X24 Tech heavy-duty PTFE bushings at both ends of the rack that remove play from the internals. Reducing play also keeps the tension spring nearly motionless. With little to no unintended internal movement, this rack can turn massive tires through heavy rides and hard hits and still stay in like-new condition for years longer than the next best rack. And with the built-in grease fitting, you can push fresh grease through after you go deep in mud or water.

Swaged Tube Tie Rods
Our steel swaged tube tie rods are lightweight but strong. Our swaged design significantly improves the strength of the 7/8" diameter tubing. They feature inner ball and sockets along that use 16 mm rack threads and 14 mm rod threads along with 14 mm outer tie rod ends. Together, they make sure the typical weak points are as strong as possible. Our swaged tie rods are perfect for the casual rider that's tired of their stock performance.

Solid Steel Bar Tie Rods
For a beefy tie rod setup, you want to go with solid steel bar tie rods. They're made with 1" diameter steel bars that are paired with bigger, better tie rods you'll love 3/4" outer heim joint tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads. Altogether, they're built for hard hits, big tires, and wild rides.

Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods
For the best of the best, the cream of the crop, the end-all-be-all of tie rod performance and quality, you want our billet aluminum hex tie rods. They're big and beefy, but they're also ultra light thanks to the billet aluminum construction. They use 3/4" outer heim joint tie rods and rebuildable inner tie rods that use 3/4" rod threads and 16 mm rack threads.
