The biggest weak spot on any Xpedition's steering system is the tie rod end. That's why our hardened steel monoball tie rod ends are beefed up to handle bigger tires and tougher obstacles. They're made from black-zinc-coated chromoly steel and use huge M14 threads for the strength to get you through any adventure.

Tighter Control and Adjustability
Upgrading your Polaris Xpedition to a better tie rod kit will eliminate shaky steering and poor control. Plus, our kit lets you adjust your toe easily. Just loosen the jam nuts and turn the rods using the knurled surface no need to disconnect anything.
