The Tango UTV Tire's innovative tread pattern incorporates lugs of various sizes to reduce trail noise, ensuring a more enjoyable and comfortable high-speed ride, mile after mile. Segmented molds are specialized molds used in our Tango UTV tire manufacturing process due to the complex A/T tread pattern. Segmented molds consist of multiple pieces (segments) that move radially to create the tire shape during vulcanization (curing). This mold design enables intricate tread patterns and precise dimensions and facilitates easier tire removal compared to traditional clamshell molds. They also allow for better control over tire dimensions and can reduce defects, leading to higher quality tires with improved performance and durability.
